By accepting the services offered by Magic Vibrations Healing, clients fully and clearly understand that the energy healing services offered by Demian Haye of Magic Vibrations Healing are complementary healing and may be an enhancement to, not a substitute for, conventional medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. Clients understand and acknowledge that Demian Haye Healing does not diagnose physical or mental conditions or prescribe or perform medical treatment. Clients understand and agree that, as an energy healer practitioner (Demian Haye) does not interfere with the treatment of any licensed medical professional, a decision to forego other treatment or prescribed medication is the client's alone and not done at the suggestion or inference of the practitioner. Clients agree that no claims of miracles and cures have been made, expressed or implied, and it has been recommended that they see a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailments. In no event should Demian Haye be liable to any person(s) for any loss or damage of any kind which may occur as a result of the energy healing service(s) provided. By submitting themselves for treatment, clients acknowledge their own risk and understand and agree that they are prohibited from bringing any action at law or otherwise against Demian Haye for the consultations provided herein.
